Pure XMLmetaPackager™ with PDF Files

Projects represent a group of files that are all related but of different types. These files are necessary in their group to represent a single event or project. Their relationship may be by owner, project, client or other unique entity or element. These documents do not mean the same thing alone as they do when bound together as a project.

metaPackager™ software allows you to group these documents in a single package for retrieval and viewing as a whole. This practice assures that you always have the complete work.

For example: Human Resources

A Human Resources organization may have one memo in Word format, three PDF files and one spread sheet that represents employee benefits. When searching for employee benefits you can be sure that the complete package is found. If only a single file is found meaning is lost and time is wasted!

For example: IRS Forms

If you provide a Web site that reproduce all of the IRS Forms in PDF Format and there are four associated forms, which represent a complete filing process and instructions, you can be sure that your site visitors will get the "Complete Picture" when searching for a particular type of filing. By Using the HTML Package Collection these files are available and extractable via the Internet.

What does this provide?

One file that is index-able, portable, retrievable, and secure. A document collection that represents a digital process in its entirety requiring no outside reference to identify what it means or if it is complete. In addition, it provides total customer service and satisfaction.
