Upgrade Requests

To upgrade your HiSoftware product please contact our sales department from 8:00am-5:00pm ET, Monday-Friday.

Please have the following information available to upgrade your version:

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Number

  • Current Product and Version

  • Email Address

All upgrade orders are subject to verification of current registration.

Retail Upgrades

Retail Upgrades require a copy of the retail suite and/or product identification. For Retail Upgrades contact our sales department for more information

Requesting the Product Updates on CD

Product updates can be shipped via CD for an additional charge. To request an upgrade on CD simply let the sales representative know and your upgrade will be shipped to you. It will also be able for download it as soon as your upgrade is processed.
