To obtain a major upgrade of your HiSoftware Software product you will need to contact our sales department.  Please call 1.888.272.2484 ( from the USA or Canada) or 603.229.3055, 9am-6pm EST (Monday-Friday), to order your upgrade.

Please have the following information available to upgrade your version: Customer name,

Product version, Customer number, and e-mail Address.

 

All upgrade orders are subject to verification of current registration.

Retail upgrades require a copy of the retail suite and/or product identification. For a  retail upgrade call 1.888.272.2484 for more information.

For maintenance and minor version updates New! HiSoftware introduces Auto Updater! If you have version 4.0 of a product, and we release version 4.01, 4.02, etc you are now able to download these updates via Auto Updater. If your version of the software does not include Auto Updater please contact support@HiSoftware.com.

Major version updates
Major version updates are not provided free of charge.  A major version update would be classified as upgrading from version 1.0 to 2.0, 1.0 to 3.0 etc.  For information on major version updates, please see our update page.

Get The Product Shipped on CD
If you want the product shipped via CD then let the sales representative  know and for an additional charge you can get the complete product shipped to you as well as receiving the ability to download it as soon as your upgrade is processed.
