when there is no file or project list selected.
From this screen you can select a file or a Project list of files. (Collections) * TagGen® for FrontPage® are integrated with the clients and derive their initial file names from the editors. |

| Keywords and Description Enter keywords, description and Title*. In addition, use the spell checker and thesaurus as required to augment your keywords and description. From this page you can also generate keywords based on the document you are editing or for a list or collection of documents**. You can also save or use profiles from this page***. *** Profiles are used to save wizard values for later use |

Document Properties Options Enter page and site/List or Collection specific metadata. This Page supports auto list additions. Drop Down Selections from controlled vocabularies and a List Editor. |

| Custom Metadata Work with custom metadata schemes and a Custom subject Tree. These are the main features of this screen. You can create specific schemas and save them off as profiles at the schema level*. * These are Knowledge Management Features and not required for Web Site Promotion |

| Analysis and update Perform advanced metadata analysis. Show your metadata before update, Update your pages or switch to the remove mode to remove tags where you do not require them any more*.

Builder To help in the creation of Profiles HiSoftware has included a Profile Building Software Product that allows for the creation and storage of profiles without the requirement of having the TagGen Wizard Loaded. |
