Consultant to the New Hampshire
Association for the Blind, has joined
the Board of Advisors of
HiSoftware, Inc

Ross Doerr is an
expert on disability access matters and
has been involved in addressing
governmental policy, legislation and
compliance with State and Federal
disability access laws. Mr. Doerr holds
a Juris Doctorate degree from Santa
Clara University School of Law, Santa
Clara, California. He serves on the
State of New Hampshire Water Access
Board and Governor's Commission on
Disability. He worked for 3 years with
the Client Assistance Program and was
involved with various Disabilities laws,
including the Administrative impact of
Title I and II, State and Federal
Regulations on individuals with
disabilities. Mr. Doerr serves as a
member of the New Hampshire Bar
Associations Mental and Physical
Disabilities Law Section Committee. He
has had special training in statutory
analysis and legislative drafting.
