Communities, a major regeneration
programme supported by the British
Government, has selected AccVerify
Cynthia Says Edition for its
accessibility validation solution.
Newcastle New Deal for Communities is
part of the British Government’s
flagship programme to reduce crime,
improve health, education and housing,
and help residents into jobs in 39
communities throughout the UK. The £55
million scheme is working to transform
areas of the city’s West End over a
ten year period.
The Newcastle New
Deal for Communities website was
created as part of a wider aim to
provide access to Information and
Communication Technology for all
members of the community. Through this
agreement, HiSoftware Company’s

will be utilized for evaluation of NDC

Accessibility Standards, and

standards.
