HiSoftware Releases Hi-Stats® 2004 - Extended Enterprise Database Support Provides Enhanced Scalability

CONCORD, NH – April 23, 2004 – HiSoftware, Inc., the leader in enterprise content quality management solutions, announced today the release of the 2004 version of it’s enterprise Web visitor tracking software, Hi-Stats®. This newest version provides a unique scalable edge for any size or type of company that wants to track who is coming in and out of their website and what they are doing while they are there. The 2004 release of Hi-Stats® provides ”out of the box” integration with Enterprise back end data storage systems. Hi-Stats® 2004 can generate website traffic reports on demand that can give insight on consumer trends by pulling information out of the data stores. The reports are easily read and navigated, and aren’t just shown to the user but fully explained by using the Help system within the program. The traffic reports can be set for emailing or saved to disk, which provides the much desired “user-friendly” tool that is appealing to senior managers, IT and marketing teams alike, and it does this without sacrificing the power or integrity of the product.

Not only are the website traffic reports beneficial to online marketing programs, but also such reports use Web traffic analysis data to help provide solutions to site defects and compliance issues, while providing accurate and actionable information required so that enterprise leaders can make secure business decisions. Standard reports include:

  • Visitor behavior: Analyzes how visitors find your site, which pages generate the heaviest traffic, and where you might be losing customers. Specific reports trace new and repeat visitors by region, average number of requests and domain-tracking.

  • Site statistics: This includes URLs visited, resources accessed, total hits, size of total downloads, referring URLs, and a log of keywords and keyword phrases.

  • Errors: Provides statistics on failed URLs, hits and browser errors.

  • Advertising campaign reporting: Reports on views and clicks and affiliate link tracking.
