Inc., a leading developer of Knowledge
Management, Web Site Management, and
eBusiness Intelligence solutions, today
announced the appointment of David C.
Arnold to its Board of Directors. Mr.
Arnold is a founding partner of the
Henniker River Group (Concord, New
Hampshire), a business development firm
specializing in high tech start-up
companies.
“Mr. Arnold has an
excellent track record of founding and
developing highly successful companies,
as well as fostering the growth and
acquisition of other companies for which
he has served as a Board Member,” said
Robert B.
Yonaitis, founder and CEO of HiSoftware.
“We are very pleased to have him join
our Board.”
“HiSoftware is a
start-up with huge growth potential,”
