AKS 1.1 and Compliance Sheriff for SharePoint provide for end-to-end accessibility compliance

The AKS solution represents a set of files, programs and utilities that facilitate the enhanced accessible and usable output of SharePoint Server 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. AKS v1.1 provides new cascading style sheets (CSS), master pages, multiple control adapters and reusable content examples through “best practices”. HiSoftware Compliance Sheriff for SharePoint provides content testing and reporting options for standards-based accessibility policies outlined by WCAG 1.0 and Section 508. Options are available to easily validate content against standards-based policies for additional Web governance issues including privacy, market site-quality, including the identification of inappropriate words and spell check, and customized standards.
