Current positions

Accounting Manager - Greater Boston Area, MA

Cryptzone is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to manage the day-to-day accounting function for our US operations. You will report to our Group Controller and will work with the US based management team. This is a new position and is an opportunity to advance your career in a newly formed global company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, revenue, and financial reporting. 
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Manage month end accounting close process.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations and analysis.
  • Own the sales order process, contract administration and revenue recognition. 
  • Maintain cash forecasts.
  • Manage the annual audit process and tax return preparation and compliance with external audit firm.
  • Liaise with corporate insurance brokers on necessary coverage.
  • Participate in new ERP implementation.
  • Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance (state and local filings, 401K).

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • 7 to 10 years of progressive experience.
  • Working knowledge of accounting functions (payroll, invoicing, collections, payables, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in high-growth, software or SaaS Company.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functional disciplines. 
  • Technology savvy with strong excel skills; experience with IntAcct ERP a plus.
  • Sense of urgency, resourcefulness, creativity, flexibility, high standards and ethics.

Compensation:

Business Development Representative - Greater Boston Area, MA

The Cryptzone Business Development Representative is a key part of the sales team responsible for driving higher sales productivity and accelerating new customer acquisition. The role is focused on dedicated outbound calling and prospecting activities, qualifying and developing opportunities that result in new sales pipeline, increased conversions and predictable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand Cryptzone solutions and value proposition.
  • Generate new, qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting programs.
  • Research, create, and develop targeted prospect lists.
  • Support opportunity development across a specified team of sales executives.
  • Leverage marketing campaigns to increase pipeline and new customer acquisition.
  • Understand customer requirements, qualify and develop opportunities based on solution fit and customer propensity to buy.
  • Assign qualified opportunities to the appropriate Cryptzone sales person.
  • Schedule handoff meetings between qualified prospects and Cryptzone sales person.

Client Services Manager (North America) - Greater Boston Area, MA

Our US Client Services Manager oversees implementations, professional services, account relationships and ongoing support for our North American enterprise commercial and government accounts. Our ideal candidate has experience overseeing a dispersed team delivering support and professional services throughout North America. This is not a call center operation. You’ll need to delight our customers, sustain your team and interface with sales, product and financial staff to assure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Cryptzone solutions and services to customers and partners
  • Lead a team of highly technical support and post sales engineers to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Enhance current support processes and develop new ones to support new products and services
  • Enhance existing support strategies and develop new strategies to improve customer interaction and contact deflection
  • Develop systems metrics and reporting for support operations
  • Work in matrixed teams with international Client Services, pre-sales and other internal groups
  • Recruit and retain a world class staff
  • Manage customer communications and upgrades
  • Oversee professional services projects for implementations and customizations
  • Represent the “voice of the customer” for product groups and development
  • Up to 25% travel may be required

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Management/MBA degree is a plus
  • 3-5 years’ experience leading technical engineers on enterprise software
  • Familiarity with process frameworks such as MOF, ITIL or ITSM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge technical/business stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft collaboration technologies (SharePoint, Office 365); other cloud content platforms; web content management
  • Experience with unstructured data especially security, compliance, privacy,accessibility and content management
  • Strong written and presentation skills with ability to contribute to contract language as needed

Enterprise Sales Executive - Federal

The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for representing HiSoftware solutions and services to an existing client base of federal customer and prospect for new opportunities. Positioning HiSoftware at all levels within the organization is essential. Responsible for effective communication and presentation of company message and value proposition to C-level and IT Director Executives. Activity is based on quantitative and qualitative performance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent company to customer in sales related matters within the DOD and Civilian Government agencies.
  • Understanding customer’s business and technology challenges.
  • Match appropriate product to meet customer needs.
  • Accountable for growing existing business relationships and acquiring new business.
  • Responsible for meeting assigned sales quota.
  • Accountable for all aspects of the sale, from pricing negotiations to contract development to ensuring successful order fulfillment through various channel partners.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • A successful track record of exceeding revenue goals of $2-3 million/year.
  • Formal training in consultative selling program.

Human Resources Director - Greater Boston Area, MA

Cryptzone is seeking a dynamic, motivated, self-starter to take on the role of HR Director for its global operations. The HR Director will be responsible for establishing and overseeing all HR functions for a newly formed global company, will assume leadership of all human resources functions globally and will be a key member of the global management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall HR administration, including maintaining organization chart, creating policies and procedures, full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, including performance improvement plans and employee terminations, HRIS reporting, benefits administration and payroll administration.
  • Administer company benefits, including annual benefits review and open enrollment, and benefits strategy for long-term company road-map.
  • Create payroll policies and processes to ensure accurate payroll administration, including compliance with all federal and state labor laws and appropriate checks and balances.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Additional duties as needed, with occasional international travel required.
  • Collaborating with executive and functional management to establish best practices in:
       - Worldwide recruitment & employee onboarding
       - Worldwide performance management, including reviews process, formal compensation plans and           
         communication tools
       - Worldwide employee recognition and charitable giving processes
       - Worldwide employee communication processes

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

This is a mid-level position which requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area of study within Human Resources Management or related field. A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a generalist role is required; Professional Human Resources (PHR) certificate is a plus. The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; attention to detail is a must,
  • with the ability to meet deadlines while providing accurate reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Word and Excel; hands-on experience using
  • HR or Payroll software systems or experience overseeing the payroll function is required; ADP
  • experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with all areas of Human Resources is preferred, especially with employee relations, payroll and benefit administration, recruiting and performance management.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, small, global team environment with the ability to work independently
  • and with the team.

Inside Sales Executive - Greater Boston Area, MA

The Cryptzone Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for selling Cryptzone’s award winning compliance, security and access control software into SMB and mid-market accounts within their assigned geographic territory. 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand Cryptzone solutions and value proposition.
  • Meet and Exceed set monthly, quarterly and annual new business quota.
  • Manage qualified opportunities generated by Business Development Reps to successful closure.
  • Leverage defined sales process to validate/quantify need, position/present economically justified solution, and close sales.
  • Generate new, qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and social selling in order to maintain appropriate pipeline needed to meet quota goals.
  • Cross sell / Up sell within defined customer base to drive additional sales.
  • Leverage marketing campaigns to increase pipeline and new customer acquisition.
  • Effectively leverage company resources to progress opportunities and deliver results.
  • Stay current on competition and industry trends in order to act as a valued resource to prospects and customers.

Market Response Representative - Greater Boston Area, MA

The Cryptzone Market Response Representative is an entry-level sales and marketing role that is responsible for inbound sales and marketing support. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, the MRR is a key contributor to our sales success. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Understanding Cryptzone solutions and value proposition
  • Responding in real time to hits on the Cryptzone web site
  • Monitoring real time web chat on the Cryptzone web site
  • Researching and responding to inbound web leads, trade show leads and other inbound activity
  • Understanding customer requirements and qualifying opportunities based on solution fit and customer propensity to buy
  • Assigning qualified opportunities to the appropriate Cryptzone sales person
  • Scheduling meetings between qualified prospects and Cryptzone sales people

SharePoint Customer Solutions Engineer - Greater Boston Area, MA

HiSoftware is looking to hire an experienced support representatives that has worked with, administered or been certified on SharePoint. Responsible for providing consultative services with in-depth SharePoint knowledge, you will have opportunities to work directly with the HiSoftware product and Development teams on a broad range of customer implementations. Including, but not limited to the ability to deliver software implementation, provide both support and services for diverse customer base as well as oversee internal projects. As a support representative you will be working with customers, development and sales team members to solve difficult and escalated issues. Experience with best practices relating to SharePoint, and Microsoft technologies in general, will help you ramp up quickly, to become a key contributing member of our expanding support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure HiSoftware’s SharePoint solutions in customer environments.
  • Provide problem-solving solutions to issues that may occur with software or configurations. 
  • Ability to communicate and consult with customers and internal team.
  • Expected to be a “self-starter” with excellent customer management and support skills.
  • Availability to work extended hours as HiSoftware is a global company with a diverse customer base. 
  • Some travel required.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • 3 years’ experience in the field OR 4 year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology a benefit but not required.
  • Experience with SharePoint 2010/2013. Microsoft SharePoint certification is desired, but not required.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint SQL Server databases.
  • Experience with Microsoft active directory.
