Mark Lewandowski, Vice President, Worldwide Professional Services

Mark LewandowskiMark Lewandowski is a seasoned customer service executive with more than 20 years’ experience building and leading global teams for the delivery of outstanding customer service. His expertise spans several customer operations areas, including contact center implementation and management, services delivery, and process development and optimization. As VP, Worldwide Professional Services for HiSoftware, Mark is responsible for all customer and product implementations, help desk, support and training, and project management services.

Prior to HiSoftware, Mark managed all customer operations and support for Desktone, a Boston-area provider of desktop virtualization products and services. Mark joined Desktone from Saba Software, which acquired Centra Software in 2006. He had been Vice President of Worldwide Support at Centra since 1999. After the acquisition, he assumed responsibility for global support for all Saba products and customers. Prior to joining Centra, Mark held numerous leadership positions at Wildfire Communications (now part of France Telecom’s Orange division), which he joined as an early stage start-up. Mark began his career in support at Viewlogic Systems (now part of Mentor Graphics), a provider of advanced Electronic Design System software managing Tier 2 and international support teams. Mark holds a BSEE degree from Northeastern University and a JD from New England School of Law.
