Robert Khederian, BOD Chairman
Robert Khederian is the Executive Chairman and lead investor in HiSoftware. Mr. Khederian is also
the Chairman of Belmont Capital, a venture capital firm he founded in 1996, as well
as the former Chairman and CEO of Cambridge Heart, Inc. (CAMH.OB). Mr. Khederian
brings extensive operational experience in the management and growth of enterprises.
Additionally, he is a Co-Founder of Provident Healthcare Partners, LLC, a leading
investment banking firm for high-growth, middle-market companies in the healthcare
industry. Mr. Khederian was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Medical
Specialties Distributors, Inc., a national medical products distributor with 14
distribution locations, 200 employees and $90 million in annual revenues (1997).
He sold the company in 1996 to Bain Capital. He also served as Vice Chairman of
the Board of RealWorld Corporation, which he sold to Great Plains Software, Inc.
in 2000. Mr. Khederian is currently a director of Alere, Inc. (NYSE:ALR) and a member of the Board's Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Khederian received
a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Babson College.
Kurt A. Mueffelmann, Director, President & CEO
Kurt A. Mueffelmann is president and chief executive officer of HiSoftware. Mueffelmann
draws on a reservoir of 15 years experience in helping high-tech companies reach
their potential. Based on his extensive experience, he is responsible for defining
and directing HiSoftware’s worldwide strategic direction, software development,
sales and business development efforts and market expansion activities. Additionally,

Michael McAuley, Director
Michael McAuley has served on the HiSoftware Board of Directors since 2006 and is
currently responsible for the Asia Pacific region of HiSoftware. Mr. McAuley has
managed a number of successful organizations during his 25 year career. Mr. McAuley
founded Create!form International in 1987 (formerly CLS Research Pty Ltd) which
was sold to Bottomline Technologies in 2004. Previously, Mr. McAuley worked with
Ogilvy & Mather as the Computer Services Manager for the Asia Pacific Region.
Prior to that, Mr. McAuley was a Lecturer for Monash University in Australia, and
Information Center Manager for State Electricity Commission of Victoria, Australia.
He earned a Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Adelaide University; a Master of
Science, Adelaide University; and a Bachelor of Science, with honors, University
of Tasmania.
Joseph Oliveri, Director
Joseph Oliveri is a 30 year veteran of the technology industry with experience in
Board and Executive level positions. After time in the US Marine Corps serving in
Vietnam, Mr. Oliveri worked in a number of senior sales and marketing executive
roles within the semiconductor industry. In 1982, Mr. Oliveri formed Interface Electronics
an industrial distributor of semiconductors and high-end assemblies which had over
25 locations across the US and offices in China and Singapore. In 2001, Mr. Oliveri
sold Interface to JACO (NASDAQ) and served as Vice Chairman until 2009. Mr. Oliveri
also served on the Board of Directors for EMC (NYSE) for 9 years where he served
on the M & A Committee, Audit Committee and chaired the Stock Repurchase Committee.
In addition to sitting on the HiSoftware Board of Directors, Mr. Oliveri currently
serves on the Board of Interface Systems and EICommerce.com.
