Channel Sales Manager (Boston / Washington DC / London)
-
Create and Implement Reseller / Channel Partner Program for US and strategic overseas Markets.
-
Identify potential partners and negotiate partnerships with organizations that provide complementary service, technology or co-marketing opportunities.
-
Recruit new Reseller/Channel partners. Train Reseller/Channel partners' sales force to ensure they can successfully uncover business needs, perform product demos, articulate benefits and value, and close deals (telephone/ web training where feasible). Manage and motivate Reseller/Channel partners to ensure:
1. Revenue Growth
2. Partner Satisfaction and
3. End user/Customer Satisfaction Ensure Reseller/Channel partners provide timely product and market feedback for continuous improvement.

Evaluate effectiveness of all channel marketing programs, draw conclusions and develop recommendations based on results in a timely manner.

Professional Services Engineer
HiSoftware is seeking a talented Web Developer to join our Professional Services Organization. Content Management experience
is required as well as Web 2.0 experience. The position will require some project management experience as well as programming
experience. Technical support and presales support also are required so the candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers.
Database experience is a plus as well as .net knowledge. A minimum of a bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
is required. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the following technologies:
- HTML/XHTML
- JavaScript
- MSSQL 2005
- Content Management Systems – one or more of the following: (Plumtree, Sharepoint(MOSS), Documentum, Vignette, Interwoven, Stellent, Ektron).
- XML/XSLT
- .net technologies and languages a plus.
- Accessibility, privacy and/or security experience also a plus.

Technical Support Specialist Provide application assistance and comprehensive technical pre-sales and post sales technical support and customer service to HiSoftware prospects and accounts including demonstrations, product positioning, benchmarking, and competitive overviews. Must be familiar with HTML, XML and ASP (Active Server Pages). Experience is a plus.

Requirements:
