Federal Website Accessibility in Canada

It's quite the interesting case that has just been ruled on in Ottawa, Canada.  A federal judge ruled that all government websites must be made accessible after a blind woman was unable to apply for a job online.  The crux of this case is that alternative methods were available to apply for the job in question however the ruling was still made to assure the website(s) in particular were accessible. http://www.ctv.ca/CTVNews/Canada/20101129/accessible-websites-court-order-101129/ http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/ontario/court-orders-ottawa-to-make-websites-accessible-to-blind/article1817535/?cmpid=rss1 Many companies rely on their website to post, process and fill job openings; what interests me the most about this is a pattern beginning in which I predict accessibility will have to be met in the private sector as well.  Isn't it fair that everyone have the right to apply for the same job?
