It's quite the interesting case that has just been ruled on in Ottawa, Canada. A federal judge ruled that all government websites must be made accessible after a blind woman was unable to apply for a job online. The crux of this case is that alternative methods were available to apply for the job in question however the ruling was still made to assure the website(s) in particular were accessible.
