This morning, President Obama signed the 21st Century Communication and Video Accessibility Bill of 2010 into law. I've had some skin in the game since 2008 when
I testified before the House Subcommittee on the bill that evolved into this important law. At some point, I'll post a more detailed review, but I think that the title of the law pretty much says it all-- it revolutionizes digital media accessibility for the people with disabilities. It also addresses an old burning problem-- lack of audio description of video content.
