Introducing the AccVerify Interaction Builder Functionality
The AccVerify interaction builder is integrated into your content quality test environment to allow for a single point solution to your content quality testing needs.

AccVerify 10 gives Quality Assurance teams the perfect framework for managing the entire content testing process-from design to functional test analysis to deployment. AccVerify 10 is an extensible content quality test management solution for full life-cycle testing of enterprise web sites and applications. From the AccVerify 10 Interface:

• Plan and Execute your tests
• Record and Playback business processes via comprehensive macros and test suites- combining macros and core AccVerify testing features
• Test in Place - dynamically analyze the application or Site under Content Quality Review
• Produce, Analyze and/or Distribute the test results

The Interaction builder allows you to create either Interaction Scripts stored in sharable XML files or Interaction Macros that can be distributed between users. To create a new script simply Select the "New" Button, name your script and record when ready!

Recording and Using Macros
The AccVerify 10 Integration Builder introduces the use of Macros to automate some of the basic testing requirements for the Content Quality Tester. The Macros allow you to record the complete process that someone might use in traversing your content, allowing you to subsequently automate the validation. When delivering the results of a test to a developer there is nothing easier than to show them the exact steps you used to create or find the errors.

The Macros will remember and configure the Integration Builders interface so that any user of AccVerify will be able to replay your macros.

Recording, Editing and using Integration Scripts
An Integration Script (XML) is a complete recording of a users steps through a Web site or Web Based Application. It will save the steps and all posted information that is returned to the user, allowing you to interact with the server.

Example:
Your web based application may provide you with the ability to search for available flight dates in December. You can record this interaction and then run and incorporate content quality or accessibility process validation for each of the interactive screens of the application.

After Recording the Script you can go back into the script to modify it if necessary adding or deleting steps or even changing interaction data as required. In addition to running these scripts in the AccVerify Integration Builder you can use them from the AccVerify Interaction Builder. You can also issue a crawl and verify of all links on the current page. Some Typical uses the integration script are:

The Script Editor provides easy access to your scripts in plain English in a easy to use form.

Edit or Remove steps as required and return to the IDE to retest your script.

Testing Pages Directly from the Integration Builder
In addition to the Test Suite Development and playback features, a user can also simply walk through a complex Web site or application testing as they go.  Testing is available for everything that you can test for in AccVerify, there are no limitations. The Test settings used will be from the global reporting setting or from any open project settings. Users will be able to:

• Test and Save Reports
• Open reports for review
• Print one or many reports from a manual test run with the click of a button or selection of a menu item
• Distribute Reports with the Report Distribution Utility

The Results Viewer allows for Quick Access to all reports generated via the test run. Easy to understand indicators and text allow for quick identification of page status as related to your Content Quality test.

The Integration Builder allows the Manual Tester to quickly and easily check their pages for all of the preview modes available in AccVerify, again, with no limitation in functionality. Use all of the expected preview modes:
