TagGen Server
Reporting Overview
The HiSoftware TagGen Server Administrator has a set of core
reports. The reports serve as a way of knowing what the system
has performed in the way of propagation and policy. It also lets
you output system settings.
The main reports are listed below. The
System Reports can be run for The System, Specific Groups and/or
specific resources.

Metadata Settings
This reports provides an Overview of what the current Metadata
Settings are configured for the system
Provides a Printable overview of the system metadata settings
Crawler Settings
This
report provides an Overview of the current crawler settings
for each managed group and resource.
Provides a Printable overview of the system Crawler settings
Policy Settings
This
reports provides an Overview of what the current Metadata
Policy Settings are configured for the system
Provides a Printable overview of the system metadata Policy
settings
Resource Report
This
reports provides an Overview of the Defined Managed Groups
and resources are for the server
Provides a Printable overview of the systems managed groups.
Combined System
This
reports provides a Combined report that incorporates all
system reports.
Provides a Printable overview of the Complete TagGen Server
Settings.
Crawler/Job Reports (Automated service and file Reporting)
Run
Report
This
Report provides the Specified users with a report of What jobs
were performed and files updated when the Scheduled run was
performed.
Provides a summary of the job that was run and sends the
output directly to the users defined in the system.
Accessibility Report
This
Report provides the Specified users with a report of What
documents Failed testing or created warnings the with regards
to the Accessibility testing rules.
Provides a summary of what documents do not comply to
accessibility standards and sends the output directly to the
users defined in the system.
